Lucy Michalewska is experienced in working with adults, adolescents, and couples, and specialises in addressing issues associated with depression and anxiety, chronic stress, and relationships.

Lucy trains other health professionals; she lectures in Communication, and Personal and Professional Development, to Dental Students at the University of Sydney Faculty of Dentistry. She has also served on the interview panel for admission to the Bachelor of Dentistry degree in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, University of Sydney.

Lucy has worked at various inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, public as well as private, throughout Sydney. Lucy presented workshops to corporate management executives, teachers, and other professionals on topics of leadership skills development, self-care and stress management, and professional communication enhancement programs. She is an experienced public speaker promoting the awareness of mental health issues to the community.
